- To be able to attend the laboratory works and on-line exams at the Local Academy’s location (Observatorului 2, Room 409 Cluj-Napoca). Unless mentioned, all the classes are 100%-in-Person, so the attendance (for laboratories and exams) is mandatory. Some online activities through Microsoft Teams platform are also allowed.

- Please send your request by e-mail to Virgil.Dobrota@com.utcluj.ro, including a CV and a short motivation. As the number of candidates is higher than the number of accepted participants, the instructors will encourage the attendance of motivated people, mainly working in IT&C companies, or undergraduates in the final years (3 to 4).

- In case of acceptance, you will receive an e-mail with 7-10 days before the new class starts. The payment for companies and individual graduates should be done before the start of each module on-line (to be announced in the letter if acceptance). Undergraduates will have to pay before the start of each module at the Technical University of Cluj-Napoca pay desk, 15 Constantin Daicoviciu, 400020 Cluj-Napoca (from 11.30 am to 3 pm). Please do not pay in advance if you did not receive the acceptance e-mail.

- A certificate of completion of each module is provided by Cisco and signed by the instructors. However for graduates only, in case of completion of all three courses: CCNA: Introduction to Networks + CCNA: Routing, Switching and Wireless Essentials + CCNA: Enterprise Networking, Security and Automation, the Technical University of Cluj-Napoca is entitled to issue a certificate (Certificat de absolvire curs postuniversitar de perfectionare “Cisco-Electronica si Telecomunicatii”). For all three courses: CCNA Security + IoT Fundamentals: IoT Security + CyberOps Associate the Technical University of Cluj-Napoca is entitled to issue a certificate (Certificat de absolvire curs postuniversitar de perfectionare “Cisco - Securitatea retelelor”).
